According to Bloomberg, a faster processor and increased ability of the camera from the previous version will be included in the latest Apple iPhone 5.
The report said that new iPhone 5 would be upgraded to include a similar processor that can be found in the iPad 2, A5 processor. Moreover, 8-megapixel camera, an improvement over previous versions iPhone 4 which uses only 5 megapixel camera. The new iPhone will reportedly launched in September, as quoted by Bloomberg.

Another rumor came from the technology blog, Boy Genius Report, some time ago which mentioned the new iPhone will have "a radical new design case", probably one of them is the "teardrop-shaped" concept and will be launched in early or mid August.
Actually, rumors about the new iPhone launch plans have been circulating for months, but more widely heard when the Apples WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) took place, which is the time to launch a new iPhone last few years.
