Determining the right size bra fitting is often a problem for many women, an estimated 80% of women wear the wrong bra size. It is not healthy for your breasts - especially if the breast in the bra is too tight.
Allow time for your breasts free from everyday bra-there are no standards on this matter, but experts suggest that you free up your breasts for 12 hours a day from the bra. Freeing the breast will help the lymph flow in your breasts. And when you do bra fitting, try to obtain yourself fitted by a professional.
If you do not have the time or no place to try a bra fitting when going to buy it, then try to wear them at home is important to be done to make sure you have the right size to hold your breasts.

Bra size is influenced by two things:
- Band size: The size of the circumference under the breasts.
- Bust size: The size of the body circumference at the height of the breast.
1. Bra size = Band Size + 5
If the size of your breast circumference below 33 inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm), then your bra size is 38. Because bras always have even sizes, then if the size of the band added an odd size 1 inch. Example: 30 + 5 = 35 + 1 = 36. Bra size = 36.
2. Cup Size = Bust Size - Band Size

Example: Bust Size = 38 Band Size = 36
Difference = 2, then the cup size is B according to the table
So, your bra size 36 B.
However, this measure can not be used as a standard reference because it is influenced by the correct way of measuring, bra type, model and brand of bra. This method is a common method, for comfort of certainty required fitting (bra fitting) by the user to achieve maximum comfort.
