The scholarship program is open for researchers, scientists, human art, journalists, writers, NGO activists, observers, or policy makers. Requirement for candidates in this scholarship is the applicant has a plan to create a scientific project, publications, writings or works of art that innovative and potentially have a major impact. The lucky candidates will be invited to work on research projects in a center of research and study in Italy. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss with other scholarship recipients from around the world.
