iPhone 4S Officially Release in China

Apple will release iPhone 4S in China a week faster than the previous rumors. Previously, rumors indicate that Apple's new iPhone is going to slide in mainland China on January 23, 2012, right at the Lunar New Year. Apparently, Apple accelerates the launch schedule to January 13, 2012.

"Response mainland Chinese people to our products tend to be larger than any other country," said Apple CEO Tim Cook in the official release on Apple.com website quoted by VentureBeat.

iPhone 4S will be available in two colors: black and white and will be available at the official Apple store in the China territory, like the one in the city of Shanghai. The new Apple smartphone will be priced at 4988 Yuan for the 16GB model, 5888 Yuan for the 32GB model and 6788 Yuan for the 64GB model.

Of course, with the arrival of the iPhone 4S in China, things that waited was whether Siri, a special feature the voice commands embedded in the iPhone 4S, able to recognize Chinese language.

In addition to be launched in China, iPhone 4S on that date will also be presented in 21 other countries, namely Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bolivia, Botswana, British Virgin Islands, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Grenada, Guam, Guinea Conakry, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Niger, Senegal, St.. St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks, Caicos and Uganda. With the launch in China next week, the iPhone 4S will be available in over 90 countries.
